Botond has been involved in several talent management networks and youth projects, today he is in charge of the European Leadership Programme.

Tamás Mészáros
Analyst
- Tamás is an International Political Economy and Geoeconomics expert who holds a PhD from Keio University in Tokyo, where he conducted doctoral and postdoctoral research on the interplay between global value chains, international finance and great power politics.
- Based primarily in Tokyo, Tamás offers a unique on-the-ground perspective on emerging Asia and China-US relations, while also able to gather and collate global views on the EU and Transatlantic relations in a changing world order.
- Before venturing into academia and consultancy, Tamás worked as a columnist for various Hungarian outlets, where he strived to present complex global issues in an easy to understand manner.

Azurea Engelbrecht
Analyst and office manager
- Azurea is an international relations expert who likes to try herself in all kinds of fields: she has experience in PR, journalism, city diplomacy, integral ecology, foreign policy, as well as translation and interpreting. Thorough, keen to learn and an all-arounder, she supports the RSC work both in analyses and in organizational tasks.
